These Terms of Service apply to the uTerminal Cloud website, account center, and subscription services. By using the service, you agree to these terms for access, account usage, and plan purchases.
1. Service Scope
uTerminal Cloud provides account, subscription, and payment functions that work with the uTerminal desktop client and its remote infrastructure workflows.
- Account sign-in and status retrieval.
- Free, Plus, and Lifetime plan and entitlement management.
- Entitlement sync for SSH, RDP, Serial, SFTP, AI assistant, and related features.
2. Acceptable Use
You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate account and payment information.
You may not use the service for illegal activity, unauthorized access, interference, abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass platform controls.
3. Plans and Billing
Current public plans include Free, Plus, and Lifetime. Pricing and duration are shown on the website at the time of purchase.
- Plus: $9.9 / year
- Lifetime: $19.9 / lifetime
- Free: $0
- Sign-in is required before checkout.
- After successful payment, plan status is usually updated after callback processing completes.
- Remaining validity may be extended rather than overwritten when additional paid time is applied.
4. Availability and Changes
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update features, pricing, plan structure, or technical integrations as the product, security requirements, or business needs evolve.
5. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for the hosts, credentials, commands, and operational outcomes managed through your use of the product.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for issues caused by third-party platforms, network failures, payment provider outages, or user mistakes is limited.
