  • Subscription data: current plan, subscription state, expiry time, payment result, and related order identifiers.

  • Website interaction data: requests generated when you sign in, refresh status, or start checkout.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected data only to operate uTerminal Cloud and related account services.

  • Authenticate users with Google sign-in.
  • Show and refresh Free, Plus, and Lifetime subscription status.
  • Create third-party checkout sessions and process payment callbacks.
  • Support fraud prevention, abuse detection, troubleshooting, and security review.

3. Payments and Third Parties

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Card or payment credentials entered on the checkout page are handled by the relevant provider and are not stored in full by this site.

Google is used for identity authentication. Payment providers are used to complete orders and return billing results.

4. Retention and Protection

We keep data only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security records, and meet legal obligations.

We apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
